A Woman So Enclosed
A woman so enclosed encloses me.
I leap into the arms of safety.
Safety in love evolves to unsafety.
If I agree to learn how will I change?
Change, rarely my idea, chafes me.
Who I am might still evolve into a heart.
My heart is colorless with solitude.
Why won't the dark deign to unclothe me?
Clothing distracts from matte finish of skin.
My identity, perfumed raw silk.
A form of milk protects my solo flight.
Why won't increments add up to whole tones?
I sing whole tones into the ear canal.
A woman so enclosed encloses me.
